Akos Toth is Head of Compliance and AML Officer for Porsche Group Hungary, where he is fully responsible for shaping the culture of compliance throughout the organization. Prior to joining Porsche Group in 2017 he founded the Compliance Department for BlackRock in Hungary and spent four years building the compliance function for EXIM bank. Akos holds a Doctor's of Law degree from University of Szeged, and he is a certified AML specialist.

Botond Mandics

Botond Mandics

Botond Mandics is Chief Legal Advisor of JCDecaux Hungary Zrt., the world’s largest out-of-home media company, and is a member of the company's Strategic Management Team. Botond has worked for over 12 years in the media industry. Prior to joining JCDecaux, he served as the General Counsel of TV2 Media Group, after spending eight years in a regional role at the European Headquarters of HBO. In addition, during his tenure at the Budapest office of Squire Sanders, he advised other media and telecommunications companies mainly on regulatory matters. Botond graduated from Pazmany Peter Catholic University in 2003, and in 2004 he obtained his Master’s degree from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, Italy.

Csaba Polgar

Csaba Polgar

Csaba Polgar is one of the founding partners of the PONTES law firm alliance, and he leads the energy (both RES and fossil), infrastructure finance, and international arbitration groups in the firm's Budapest office. In addition, his practice includes M&A deals and distressed asset and NPL acquisitions. Csaba has acted as an arbitrator at the Permanent Court of Arbitration for Energy Matters and as local counsel in a number of treaty arbitrations in front of ICSID. Dunja Hasanovic

Dunja Hasanovic is an experienced legal professional based in Belgrade, Serbia. She is the Head of Legal at the I&F McCann Group, in which capacity she advises the creative and management teams of all McCann Adriatic agencies on legal, compliance, and regulatory matters throughout the SEE region. Prior to joining the I&F McCann Group, Dunja was in-house counsel in the public service sector and with several NGOs. Emese Kiss

Emese Kiss

Emese Kiss is Vice President and Associate General Counsel for the EU Region at Philip Morris International, where he oversees a team of around 50 lawyers across Europe and is responsible for legal services provided to PMI’s European business. Emese first joined Philip Morris International in 1995 as lead attorney for Hungary. In 1996, she moved to the company’s headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland, where she held positions of increased responsibility, including that of Vice President and Associate General Counsel for the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. Prior to her career at PMI, Emese spent five years as an Associate for the law firm Shearman & Sterling, working in the New York, Paris, and Budapest offices, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisition transactions, joint ventures, debt and equity offerings, and project financings. She holds a Doctor of Law and Political Sciences degree from the Eotvos Lorand University Faculty of Law.

Gabor Sulyok

Gabor Sulyok

Gabor Sulyok is Head of Compliance at Novartis Hungary, where he is responsible for the design and implementation of compliance and ethics programs and risk assessment. After graduating from the Faculty of Law at the Eotvos Lorand University in Budapest in 2002 he accepted positions as Legal Counsel with Generali Insurance then with the Budapest Airport, then spent eight years as a Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer with Citibank. He then another year and a half as a Compliance Advisor with the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank before joining Novartis Hungary in July of 2017.

Ildiko Kollar

Ildiko Kollar

Ildiko Kollar is Vice President, Legal Counsel CEE at Prologis, where she is responsible for providing legal support to the company’s operations in Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, including drafting and negotiating lease agreements, managing real estate transactions, providing legal advice to operations, taking care of corporate matters, and supervising external counsel. As part of Prologis's European legal department, Ildiko collaborates with other Prologis legal counsel to ensure cross-border co-ordination of requirements of international customers. She joined Prologis in 2008 from Salans (now Dentons), where she represented Prologis from 2005. She received her JD degree from Eotvos Lorand University of Budapest in 1995 and obtained a postgraduate diploma in EC Law from King’s College, London in 2000.

Janos Puskas

Janos Puskas is President of the Hungarian Corporate Compliance Society. Janos has worked as a compliance and investigations specialist and litigator. As in-house counsel to a .com company, Janos has dealt with legal issues related to digital advertising, online products, content claims, hate speech and online harassment, data privacy, as well as regulatory enforcement matters. In Hungary, Janos is seen as an expert in online surveillance and encryption regulations.

Judit Varga

Judit Varga is Legal Director at Japan Tobacco International in Geneva, Switzerland. Recently her role shifted from global regulatory and legal affairs to IT and she is Head of the JTI Contract Service Center. Before moving to Geneva, she spent almost seven years as an in-house lawyer and Government Affairs and Communications Director with JTI. Judit started her career in private practice in 2004 and spent two years as a Senior Associate at DLA Piper Hungary before joining JTI in 2009. She graduated from the Eotvos Lorand University of Sciences in Budapest.

Kinga Hetenyi

Kinga Hetenyi

Kinga Hetenyi is the Managing Partner of Schoenherr Hungary, where she also heads the Corporate M&A Practice Group. She is a Hungarian attorney with over 23 years of experience. She has lead numerous M&A transactions and has expertise also in employment law, competition law (especially competition compliance programmes and antitrust matters), as well as distribution and agency law, and IT contracts. After graduating from Eotvos Lorand University (Budapest) in 1995, Kinga worked for nine years in the corporate department of the Budapest office of one of the largest international law firms. She also worked for a year at the Frankfurt office of the same firm. For two years she served as general counsel of the Hungarian subsidiary of a multinational FMCG company listed on the NYSE, where she was also assigned the task of compliance coordinator. In 2005 she joined CHSH Szecsenyi, were she headed the Corporate M&A Practice Group. She continued in this role when that firm joined Schoenherr.

Peter Ban

Peter Ban

Peter Ban is the Head of Legal of Compliance at the Hungarian unit of the E.ON Group. He is responsible for the legal support of the Hungarian operations of the E.ON Group, overseeing a team of 20 lawyers and support staff. The Legal Department at E.ON provides support to corporate functions, data privacy, HR, sales, grid operations as well as energy generation and for the compliance function. Peter graduated in ELTE and the Central European University and worked both in private practice at CMS and as in-house counsel in Egis Pharmaceuticals and the EBRD in London before taking up his current role. He hold dual qualification as a lawyer in Hungary and as an English solicitor. In addition to his role at E.ON, he holds an appointment to the Supervisory Board of Egis Pharmaceuticals.

Reka Szabo

Reka Szabo is Head of Legal for LeasePlan Hungaria Zrt, where she is also responsible for Compliance and Privacy. Roland Sandor

Roland Sandor

Roland Sandor is Deputy Head of Compliance at MKB Bank. Roland's experience includes work building up the Compliance Department of the Korea Development Bank Europe Ltd., founding the Hungarian Financial Arbitration Board (which was operated by the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority that was merged into the National Bank of Hungary). In 2010 he served as a judge in the Budapest Environs Regional Court, and before that he worked at the Hungarian State Attorney's Office. Roland obtained a Master's degree from the Faculty of Law at the Peter Pazmany Catholic University.

Szonja Rajkai

Szonja Rajkai is Deputy Head of Legal at KELER - the sole central securities depository and a specialized bank in Hungary - where she is involved in regulatory compliance framework relating to the CSDR, MIFIDII/MIFIR, and EMIR requirements. She also focuses on projects related to the impact of financial regulation and initiatives in the field of energy legislation. Before KELER she was a Deputy Head of Legal at the Hungarian Energy Authority, where she was responsible for operation and management of six colleagues. In this role she participated in monitoring and legal processes of the wholesale energy market at a pan-European level and was delegated member to coordination group of REMIT, in Brussels. In her early career Szonja spent five years as a lawyer at UniCredit Bank and was a trainee at the offices of Dr, Marton Lacsny/JUdit Kovacs Attorneys at Law and Dr. Attila S. Horvath Attorneys at Law. She hold a degree in law from Pazmany Peter Catholic University.

Tamas Kaibinger

Tamas Kaibinger is Head of Legal and Compliance at LIDL Magyarorszag.
